Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give at least a 48 hour cancellation notice. A $50 fee will be charged if your appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Forms of Payment
The Injectory accepts all major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Cherry, and CareCredit*. We also accept all rewards programs except Alle.
* A 5% processing fee is applied when CareCredit is used.
Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, product, or service. Services cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Referals
Refer a Friend and get Five FREE units of Botox (a $60 value).
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold an appointment for some of our services. This will be kept as a credit on your account and applied to your services or purchase.
